İŞ GÜVENCESİZLİĞİ ALGISINDA YÖNETİCİLERİN LİDERLİK TARZLARI VE GÜÇ MESAFELERİNİN ETKİSİ ÜZERİNE BİR LİTERATÜR ARAŞTIRMASI

Öz

Çalışanların, işleri devam ederken algıladıkları bir kavram olan iş güvencesizliğinin, astlar, eşitler ve üstlerle olan ilişkilerinden etkilendiği düşünülmektedir. Özellikle yöneticileri ile ilişkileri kapsamında yöneticilerin liderlik tarzlarının, içinde yaşanılan toplumun ve örgütün, hatta kişilerin kendi güç mesafesi algılarının etkileri olabileceği varsayılmıştır. Bu nedenle çalışmada, yöneticilerin liderlik tarzları ve güç mesafelerinin iş güvencesizliği algısına etkisine yönelik bir literatür araştırması yapılması hedeflenmiştir. Yapılan çalışmanın sonucunda, çoğunlukla etkili liderlik tarzlarına sahip bir üst yönetici ile çalışan ve düşük güç mesafesine sahip örgütlerde iş güvencesizliği algısının olumlu yöne etkilendiği söylenebilir.
