Virtual Social Work with Families during Pandemic: A Classical Approach with a Modern Technique

Öz

Aniden başlayan, kısa sürede yayılan ve yakın gelecekte bitmesi beklenmeyen korona salgını, çoğumuzu evlerimizde ve iç dünyalarımızda bir yansıma eylemiyle baş başa bıraktı. Medya haber yapmaya devam ettikçe toplumda panik duygusu arttı. Bu, insanlığı tehdit eden ilk virüs değil, son da olmayacak. Sosyal mesafe önlemleri olarak, sosyal hizmet uzmanlarının ailelere sağlanan desteği yeniden yapılandırmak için hızlı hareket etmesi gerekiyordu. Satir modelinin, güçlü varoluşsal yaklaşımı ve ailelerle çalışmanın deneyimsel/hümanist geleneğini taşıması yönüyle pandemi sürecinde destekleyici olacağı düşünülmektedir. Pandemi süreci süreci yüz yüze iletişimi sınırladığından modelin uygulanmasında farklılıklara ve adaptasyona ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Sanal profesyonel mülakatlar şüphesiz çoğumuz için yeni bir teknik olsa da yaklaşımımız ve hedeflerimiz hiç değişmedi. Bu çalışmada pandeminin yarattığı sanal sosyal çalışma ikliminde satir modelinin güçlü yönleri ve uygulamaya aktarım boyutu ele alınmıştır.
