Tanzanya Ombudsmanı: Yapısal-Kurumsal ve İşlevsel Yönleri

Öz

The Ombudsman is a concept belonging to the public administration and it advocates and have a guardingship for citizens who suffered a vialation of their right and comptennce.from state institutions. In all continents of the world finding application in various state-level, ombudsman is also implemented in Africa. In this study, the aim is given information about Tanzania Ombudsman’s structural-institutional and functional aspects which may help to understand other ombudsman’s structure in Africa. In this context, this study will focus upon the ombudsman of United Republic of Tanzania in order to get benefits and significance of it

Öz

Ombudsman, genel anlamıyla kamu yönetimine ait bir kavramdır ve hak ve yetki ihlaline uğrayan vatandaşların devlet kurumları karşısında savunuculuğunu ve koruyuculuğunu yapmaktadır. Dünyanın tüm kıtalarında farklı devlet düzeylerinde uygulama alanı bulan ombudsman, Afrika’da da uygulanmaktadır. Bu makalenin amacı da Afrika’yı örneklemesi amacıyla Tanzanya Ombudsmanı’nın yapısal-kurumsal ve işlevsel yönlerine bağlı olarak bilgi verilmesidir. Bu sayede de Tanzanya Birleşik Cumhuriyeti için ombudsmanlık kurumunun yararları ve önemi üzerinde durulmak istenmektedir
