Öz
The decisions of product and service purchase for state instituions is extremely important to use government resources efficiently. Accordingly the most efficient and correct decision must be made while purchasing product and service. Public institutions have to make purchasing according to Public Procurement Law. The law which brings certain standards and conditions to product and service purchase for state instituions aims increasing efficiency and productive use of government resources. In the survey Fuzzy AHP is recommended which is one of the multi-criteria decision making techniques to the decision making process of adenotonsiliectomy, nose, laryngology and ear set purchase for ear-nose-throat operations. In the end of the study, a comparison is made between the decisions made according to public procurement law and Fuzzy AHP method

Öz
Kamu kurumlarında verilen mal ve hizmet alım kararları devlet kaynaklarının etkin ve verimli kullanımı açısından son derece önemlidir. Bu doğrultuda mal ve hizmet alımlarında en doğru ve en etkin kararın alınması gerekmektedir. Kamu kurumları Kamu İhale Kanunu’na göre satın alma yapmak zorundadır. Kamu kurumlarındaki mal ve hizmet alımlarını belirli standart ve koşullara bağlayan bu kanunun amacı kamudaki etkinliği artırmak ve kaynakların verimli kullanımını sağlamaktır. Çalışmada Gediz Devlet Hastanesi’nde yürütülen kulak burun boğaz ameliyatlarında kullanılmak üzere adenotonsillektomi, burun, laringoloji ve kulak seti alım kararına ilişkin çok kriterli karar verme tekniklerinden Bulanık Analitik Hiyerarşi Prosesi (BAHP) önerilmektedir. Çalışma sonunda Kamu İhale Kanunu ve BAHP yöntemine göre alınan karar karşılaştırılmıştır
