Öz

Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı Atatürk Üniversitesi Diş
Hekimliği Fakültesi’nde 2018/2019 akademik döneminde eğitim gören öğrencilerin
Protetik Diş Tedavisi uzmanlığı hakkındaki görüşlerini değerlendirmektir.

Gereç ve Yöntemler:22 sorudan oluşan bir anket 1-5. sınıfta
eğitim gören 491 öğrenciye uygulandı. Anket soruları Protetik Diş Tedavisinin
preklinik, klinik ve teorik eğitimine yönelik sorular ve bazı faktörlere göre
diğer uzmanlık dallarına göre sıralama isteyen sorulardan oluşmaktadır.
Verilerin istatistiksel analizinde deskriptif, frekans analizleri, crosstabs ve
independent sample t testi kullanıldı.

Bulgular:Protetik Diş Tedavisi uzmanlığı ile
ilgili görüşlerin öğrencilerin yaş, cinsiyet, eğitim dönemine göre farklılık
göstermediği görüldü (p >0.05). Protetik Diş Tedavisinin tüm faktörler
eşliğinde değerlendirildiğinde tercih sırasının ortalama olarak 3.11 olduğu
bulundu.

Sonuç:
Protetik Diş Tedavisi uzmanlığı ile ilgili düşüncelerin genel olarak olumlu ve
tercih edilme durumunun iyi bir yerde olduğu sonucuna varıldı.
