Effect of Different Organic Materials on Mineral Composition of Wheat Plant

In this research, it was aimed to determine and compare the effect of different organic materials (garbage compost, mushroom compost, cattle manure, chicken manure and sludge) on the yield and yield components of wheat (Bezostaja-1). This study was conducted out as a pot experiment under greenhouse conditions with a sandy clay loam soil. The organic mate-rials (0, 30 and 60 t/ha) were added into each pot and were incubated for 15 days. The soils were watered at 70 % of field capacity. At the end of the experiment it was shown that N, P, K, Fe, Cu, Mn and Zn contents of plant increased depending on the organic material applications and these increases were found statistically significant. Sewage sludge is generally the most effective treatmentin increasing N, P, K, Fe, Zn, Cu and Mn content of the leaf, grain and stem samples of the wheat grown. This result was followed by mushroom compost and cattle manure. According to the results sewage sludge and garbage compost were suggested to use as an amendment in soils studied.

Çeşitli Organik Materyallerin Buğday Bitkisinin Mineral Madde Alımı Üzerine Etkisi

Öz

Bu araştırmada, çöp kompostu (ÇK), mantar kompostu (MK), sığır gübresi (SG), tavuk gübresi (TG) ve arıtılmış kanali-zasyon çamuru (KÇ) gibi organik materyallerde zenginleştirme yapılmaksızın buğdayda mineral madde üzerine etkilerini araştırmak ve bu etkileri karşılaştırmak amaçlanmıştır. Bu nedenle 0, 30 ve 60 ton/ha olacak şekilde organik materyal karıştı-rılmış ve toprak, tarla kapasitesi nem seviyesinde 15 gün süreyle inkübasyona bırakılmıştır. Bu sürenin sonunda sera şartla-rında buğday bitkisi yetiştirilmiştir. Vejetasyon süresince deneme bitkisinin bayrak yapraklarında ve hasattan sonra dane ve sapta N, P, K , Fe, Zn, Cu ve Mn analizleri yapılmıştır. Deneme sonunda toprağa karıştırılan organik materyal ve dozuna bağlı olarak bitkinin N, P, K, Fe, Cu, Mn ve Zn konsantrasyonları değişik düzeylerde artışlar göstermiş ve elde edilen artışlar (p<0.01 ve p<0.05) istatistiksel olarak önemli seviyelerde gerçekleşmiştir. Buğday bitkisinin yaprak, dane ve sap örneklerine ait N, P, K, Zn, Cu, Mn ve Fe kapsamlarını artırmada en fazla etkiyi genellikle kanalizasyon çamuru gösterirken, bunu mantar kompostu ve sığır gübresi takip etmiştir. Bu nedenle kanalizasyon çamuru ve çöp kompostunun tarım alanlarında kullanımı önerilmiştir.
