Determination of Some Agricultural Characters of Common Beans (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) Genotypes in Central Anatolian Ecological Condition

The aim of this research was to determine the performances of bean genotypes in The Central Anatolian (Sarayönü and Çumra) ecological condidations, to identify bean genotypes for the region also to determine these genotypes for seed yield and some agronomic characters. In this study, 19 bean genotypes (12 lines, 5 populations and 2 cultivars) were used as material. The experiment was arranged in the “Randomized Blocks Experimental” design with three replications in two different locations (Sarayönü and Çumra). According to the results of the research, statistically significant differences were found between genotypes and loca-tions with respect of the seed yield. As the mean of genotypes and locations of seed yield was 346.67 kg.da-1. The highest seed yield (373.55 kg.da-1) of the mean of genotypes was obtained at the Çumra locations. In the mean of locations, the highest seed yield (476.85 kg.da-1) was obtained from PV3 genotype. As a results, it was obtained that, PV3, PV2, PV12, PV17, PV15 and PV16 genotypes had the highest seed yield and were suitable to grown in Central Anatolian egolocigal coditations.

Orta Anadolu Ekolojik Şartlarında Yetiştirilen Fasulye (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) Genotiplerinin Bazı Tarımsal Özelliklerinin Belirlenmesi

Öz

Bu araştırma; fasulye genotiplerinin Orta Anadolu ekolojik (Sarayönü ve Çumra) şartlarındaki performanslarının belirlenmesi ve bu ekolojik koşullara uyan fasulye genotiplerinin tespiti ve tane verimi, bazı agronomik özelliklerinin saptanabilmesi amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada, deneme materyali olarak 19 fasulye genotipi (12 hat, 5 populasyon ve 2 çeşit) kullanılmıştır. Denemeler 2006 yılında Sarayönü ve Çumra olmak üzere 2 lokasyonda; “Tesadüf Blokları Deneme” desenine göre 3 tekerrürlü olarak kurulmuştur. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre tane verimi bakımından genotipler arasında ve lokasyon arasında istatistiki olarak önemli farklılıklar tesbit edilmiştir. Lokasyonların ve genotiplerin ortalaması olarak tane verimi 346.67 kg/da olmuştur. Genotiplerin ortalaması olarak en yüksek tane verimi (373.55 kg/da) Çumra’da elde edilmiştir. Lokasyonların ortalaması olarak ise en yüksek tane verimi (476.85 kg/da) PV3 genotipinden elde edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak; tane verimi en yüksek olan PV3, PV2, PV12, PV17, PV15 ve PV16 genotipleri Orta Anadolu ekolojik şartlarında tarıma en uygun genotipler olarak belirlenmiştir.
