Research on The Incidence Rates and Their Description of The Genera of Fungi Isolated from Roots of Certain Vegetable Seedlings Which Damping-off Catching in Konya and Its Surroundings

In the present study, it was investigated the incidence rates and their descriptions of the genera of fungi isolated from the roots of certain vegetable seedlings which damping-off catching in Konya and its surroundings. The following genera of fungi were isolated from the roots of some vegetable seedlings obtained from the survey areas: Pythium spp., Fussari-um spp., Rhizoctonia solani, Alternaria spp., Asperqullis spp., Ulocladium spp., Macrophomina phaseolina, Chatemium sp., Mucor spp., Myrothecium sp., Cephalosporium sp., andGliocladium sp..

Öz

Bu çalışmada, Konya ve yöresinde çökertene yakalanan bazı sebze fidelerinin köklerinden izole edilen fungus genuslarının bulunuş oranları ve tanımları araştırıldı.Survey alanlarından topladığımız bazı sebzelerin köklerinden, Pythium spp., Fusarium spp., Rhizoctonia solani, Alterneria spp., Aspergillus spp., Ulocladium spp., Macrophomina phaseolina Chaetomium sp., Mucor spp., Myrothecium sp., Cephalosporium sp., Gliocladium sp. fungus genusları izole edildi.
