Damızlık Japon Bıldırcınlarında Rasyon Kullanılabilir Fosfor Seviyesinin Erken Yumurtlama Döneminde Performans, Serum Fosforu, Kemik Karakterleri ve Çıkış Gücüne Etkisi

Öz

Damızlık Japon bıldırcınlarını erken yumurtlama döneminde kullanılabilir fosfor (KP) seviyesi farklı rasyonlarla yemlemenin performans, serum fosforu, kemik karakterleri ve kuluçka sonuçlarına etkisini tespit etmek için 28'er günlük 3 peryot halinde bir araştırma yapılmıştır. Araştırmada kullanılan rasyon KP seviyeleri % 0.25, 0.35, 0.45 ve 0.55'dır. Araştırma tesadüf parselleri deneme planında ve 3 tekerrürlü olarak yürütülmüştür. Her bir tekerrürde 9 bıldırcın bulunmaktadır. Araştırmada erkek; dışı oranı 1/2 olan 7 haftalık yaşta toplam 108 adet bıldırcın kullanılmış olup, yem ve su ad libitum olarak verilmiş ve 24 saat sürekli aydınlatma yapılmıştır. Kemik parametreleri araştırmanın sonunda kurutulmuş tibia kemiğinde tespit edilmiştir. Canlı ağırlık, canlık ağırlık artışı, karkas ağırlığı, bıldırcın başına yumurta verimi, % yumurta verimi, yem tüketimi, yem değerlendirme katsayısı (gyem/g yumurta), yüzey alanı, kabuk ağırlığı, % kabuk ağırlığı, bırım alan başına kabuk ağırlığı. zarlı kabuk kalınlığı, serum fosfor seviyesi, kemik külü, kemik direnci, döllü yumurta oranı, döllü yumurtalardan çıkış gücü bakımından muamele grupları arasında önemli bir farklılık bulunamadı. % 0.25 KP içeren rasyonla beslenen bıldırcınlarda araştırmanın ortasında toplanan yumurtalarda ölçülen kabuk direnci ve birim alan başına düşen kabuk direnci diğer gruplardan önemli derecede (p<0.05) düşüktü, fakat araştırmanın sonunda toplanan yumurtalarda düşük değildi. Ayrıca % 0.25 КР İçeren rasyonla beslenen bıldırcınlarda kuru kemik ağırlığı, diğer üç gruptan önemli derecede (p<0.05) düşüktü. Bu çalışma erken yumurtlama döneminde damızlık Japon bıldırcınları için % 0.35 KP'un yeterli olduğunu göstermiştir.

Effect of Dietary Levels of Available Phosphorus on Performance, Serum Phosphorus, Bone Characteristics and Hatchability at Early Laying Period in Breeding Japanese Quail

One experiment was carried out for three 28 days periods to ascertain the effect of feeding different levels of dietary available phosphorus (AP) on the performance, bone characteristics, serum phosphorus level and hatchability at early laying period in breeding Japanese quail. The dietary available phosphorus used in the study were 0.25, 0.35, 0.45 and 0.55%. The research was conducted in randomized plot design with three replicates of nine quails each. Male: female ratio was 1/2 and total 108 quails at seven weeks of age were used in the experiment. Feed and water were supplied ad libitum. Light was provided 24 hours daily. Bone parameters were measured with dried tibia bone at the end of the experiment. No significant treatment differences (p<0.05) were observed among body weight, weight gain, carcass weight, number of eggs per quail, egg production %, feed consumption, feed conversion (g feed/ g egg), surface area, shell weight, shell weight %, shell weight per unit surface area, shell thickeness with membrans, serum phosphorus level, bone ash, bone strength, fertility and hatchability rates of fertile eggs. Shell strength and shell strength per unit surface arae in eggs which were collected in the middle of experiment were significantly lower (p<0.05) in quails fed the diet with 0.25% AP than other groups, but not in eggs were collected at the end of the study. Also, when quails were fed diet containing 0.25% AP, dried bone weight was significantly decreased (p<0.05) compared with those groups fed other three AP levels. The results from this study indicated that 0.35% AP is adequate for breeding Japanese quail at early laying period.
