P-CMM UYGULAMALARI HAKKINDA LİTERATÜR İNCELEMESİ

Öz

Bu çalışmanın amacı, İK süreçlerine odaklı bir olgunlaşma modeli olan P-CMM üzerine yapılmış uygulamalı literatür çalışmalarını sistematik olarak ortaya koymaktır. Sonuçların daha sonraki çalışmalarda değerlendirilerek süreç olgunlaşma modelleri üzerine daha çok çalışma yapılmasına ışık tutması hedeflenmektedir. Ele alınan 33 çalışma belirli başlıklar altında kategorize edilmiştir. Başta Hindistan, Çin ve İran orijinli olmak üzere konuyla ilgili çalışmaların geniş bir spektrumda olduğu söylenebilir. Ancak niceliksel olarak yeterli olmadığı görülmektedir. Bu çalışmaların, yöntem ve sonuç açısından karşılaştırılma olanakları son derece kısıtlıdır.

LITERATURE REVIEW ON P-CMM APPLICATIONS

Öz

The primary aim of the study is to systematically present the applied literature studies on P-CMM, which is a maturity model focused on HR processes. It is aimed to shed light on further studies on process maturation models. The 33 studies adressed are categorized under certain headings. It can be said that there is a wide spectrum of studies on the subject, especially those of India, China and Iran origin. However, it is seen that it is not sufficient quantitatively. The comparison possibilities of these studies in terms of methods and results are extremely limited.
