International social policy’s reasons and purposes and Decent Work’s aims which has occurred by International Labour Organization in 1999, are consistent with each other. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship of international labour migration’s reasons and Decent Work aims. What are the main applications of migrated and immigrated countries to the immigrant labours? This is the question of this study

Öz

Uluslararası sosyal politikanın ortaya çıkış sebepleri ve amaçları ile Uluslararası Çalışma Örgütü’nün 1999 yılında ortaya sunduğu Düzgün İş kavramına ait hedefler birbirleriyle örtüşmektedir. Çalışmanın amacı, bir uluslararası sosyal politika hareketi olan uluslararası işgücü göçüne etki eden sebepler ile Düzgün İş hedefleri arasındaki ilişkiyi ortaya koymaktır. Göç alan ülkeler ve göç veren ülkeler, Düzgün İş açısından göçmenlere nasıl uygulamalarda bulunmaktadırlar? Araştırmanın ortaya çıkış nedeni bu soruda yer almaktadır
