BİR FİLM / DİZİ SENARYOSU NASIL DEĞERLENDİRİLİR?

Öz

Senaryo yazımı, bir film / dizi projesinin temelini oluşturan en önemli unsurdur. Bunun için senaryonun nasıl yazılması gerektiği ve yazılan bir senaryonun nasıl analiz edileceği özel bir önem kazanmaktadır. Bu çalışma, yazılmış bir senaryonun nasıl analiz edileceği sorusuna cevap aramaktadır. Bu sorunun cevabını araştırırken nitel araştırma tasarımıyla, literatür taraması kullanılarak derinlemesine bir inceleme yapılmıştır. Neticede senaryo değerlendirmesi ve analizi için oldukça kapsamlı yeni bir yöntem önerilmiştir. Elde edilen form, bir film / dizi senaryo projesinin başarısını değerlendirmek için yapımcılar, senaristler ve dramaturglar tarafından kullanılabilir. Çalışmanın ve formun öngördüğü sonuçlara göre başarılı bir senaryonun belirleyici kriterleri şunlardır: Net bir tür ve ton, etkileyici bir mesaj, merak uyandırıcı bir öncül soru, doğru kurulmuş bir hikâye cümlesi, ilgi çekici çatışma, etkili zaman kullanımı, duygusal yoğunluğun varlığı, etkili karakterler ve diyaloglar, pazarlanabilirlik ve biçim özelliklerine uygunluk. Önerilen senaryo analiz formu, bu kriterleri değerlendirmek için kullanılabilecek kapsamlı bir araçtır. Bu analiz formunun sektördeki tüm paydaşlar için faydalı olabileceği düşünülmektedir.

How to Analyse a Film / Series Scenario?

Öz

Screenplay writing is the most important element that forms the basis of a film / series project. For this reason, how to write a script and how to analyse a written script gain special importance. This study seeks to answer the question of how to analyse a written script. While investigating the answer to this question, an in-depth examination was conducted using a qualitative research design and a literature review. As a result, a comprehensive new method for script evaluation and analysis is proposed. Suggested form can be used by producers, screenwriters and dramaturgs to evaluate the success of a film / series script project. According to the results of the study and the form, the decisive criteria of a successful script are a clear genre and tone, a compelling message, an intriguing premise, a well-constructed story line, engaging conflict, effective use of time, the presence of emotional intensity, effective characters and dialogue, marketability, and conformity to appropriate format features. The proposed scenario analysis form is a comprehensive tool that can be used to assess these criteria. It is thought that this analysis form can be useful for all stakeholders in the sector.
