Selçuk Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Öğrencilerinin Değişim Programları ile İlgili Bilgi Düzeylerinin Araştırılması

Öz

Giriş-Amaç: Öğrenci
Değişim Programları, farklı kültürlerle iletişim becerisini ve bilgi aktarımını
sağlamayı amaçlamaktadır. Bu çalışmada Selçuk Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi
öğrencilerinin değişim programları ile ilgili bilgi düzeylerinin araştırılması
amaçlanmıştır.

 

Gereç-Yöntem: Çalışmada
Selçuk Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi öğrencilerinin  öğrenci değişim
programları ile ilgili bilgi düzeylerini araştırmak  için  17 sorudan
oluşan bir anket uygulanmıştır.

 

Bulgular: Çalışmaya
89'u 1. sınıf, 103'ü 2.sınıf, 201'i 3.sınıf ve 82'si 4. sınıf olmak üzere
toplam 475 öğrenci katılmıştır. Analizlerde  387 öğrenci öğrenci Erasmus
programından yararlanmayı düşündüğünü belirtmiştir. Bu program ile en çok 274
öğrenci Almanya'ya gitmek isterken ikinci sırada 254 öğrenci İngiltere'ye
gitmek istediğini belirtmiştir. Nedenleri sorulduğunda, 186 öğrenci mesleki
kariyerlerine katkı için, 134 öğrenci ise yeni bir dil öğrenmek için cevabını
vermiştir. Öğrenciler konu ile ilgili seminerler düzenlenmesini ve kontenjanların
arttırılmasını talep etmişlerdir.

Tartışma-Sonuç: Elde edilen
bulgulara göre, öğrenciler kariyer gelişimlerine katkı sağlamak, yeni bir dil
öğrenmek ve farklı kültürlerle tanışmak amacıyla değişim programlarına olumlu
yaklaşmaktadırlar.

Investigation of the Knowledge Levels of Selçuk University Faculty of Medicine Students About Exchange Programs

Öz

Introduction–Purpose:
Student
Exchange Programs aim to provide communication skills and knowledge transfer
with different cultures. The aim of this study was to investigate the knowledge
level of Selcuk University Medical Faculty students about  the exchange programs.

 

Material- Methods:
In this
study, a question naire consisting of 17 questions was applied to investigate the
knowledge levels of Selcuk UniversityFaculty of Medicine students about student
exchange programs.

 

Findings: A total of 475
students participated in the study (1. Grade (n:89), 2. Grade (n:103), 3. Grade
(n:201) and 4. Grade (n:82)). In the analysis, 387 students stated that they would
benefit from Erasmus program. 274 students stated that wanted to go to Germany
and 254 students wanted to go to England with Erasmus program. When asked about
the reasons,186 students pointed out that they wanted to contribute their professional
career and 134 students want to learn a new language.The students requested seminars
on the subject and higher quotas.

 

Discussion-Conclusion:
According
to the findings, students are very relevant about exchange programs in order to
contribute to their career development, to learn a new language and to meet different
cultures.
