Öz

This study aims to determine how organizational justice effect job satisfaction of employes in establishments. In addition to this, it is examined that whether demography attributes of working employes make a difference or not in statements of attitude in relation with the job satisfaction and organizational justice in establishments. To reach the stated aim quantitive resarch method was conducted. The data of research is obtained by using survey technique. The population of the study is determined as academic and adminastrative employees in a high education instutition which give the education in field of tourism and hotel management. The data collected has been analyzed by using descriptive and discovery statistics techniques. In the result of findings of the study, it is determined that there is a high and positive relationship between interaction justice and procedural justice. Separately, employees have different opinions on the statements of attitude according to their statues of education and position (academic or adminastrative). On the other hand, it is found out that there are an important effects of distributive and procedural justice factors on internal job satisfaction and external job satisfaction.

ÖRGÜTSEL ADALETİN ÇALIŞANLARIN İŞ TATMİNİNE ETKİSİ: TURİZM ALANINDA EĞİTİM VEREN BİR YÜKSEKÖĞRETİM KURUMUNA YÖNELİK BİR ÖRNEK OLAY ÇALIŞMASI

Öz

Bu çalışmanın amacı, kurumlarda örgütsel adaletin işgörenlerin iş tatminlerini ne yönde etkilediğini belirlemektir. Ayrıca, kurumda çalışan işgörenin demografik özelliklerinin, iş tatmini ile örgütsel adalete ilişkin tutum önermelerinde bir farklılık oluşturup oluşturmadığı incelenmiştir. Belirtilen amaca ulaşmak için nicel araştırma yöntemi kurgulanmıştır. Araştırmanın verileri, anket tekniği kullanılarak elde edilmiştir. Araştırmanın evreni, lisans eğitimi veren bir turizm işletmeciliği ve otelcilik yüksekokulunda çalışan akademik ve idari işgören olarak belirlenmiştir. Elde edilen veriler tanımlayıcı ve keşfe yönelik istatistik teknikler kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma bulguları sonucunda, etkileşim adaleti ile işlem adaleti arasında yüksek dereceli pozitif bir ilişkinin olduğu belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca işgörenin, eğitim durumu ve pozisyonuna (akademik ve idari) göre tutum önermelerine yönelik farklı düşündükleri tespit edilmiştir. Öte yandan, örgütsel adalet boyutlarından dağıtımsal ve işlemsel adalet boyutlarının, içsel iş tatmini ve dışsal iş tatmini üzerinde önemli ölçüde etkili bulunduğu tespit edilmiştir.
