In this period, the components of the security paradigm have been differentiated in the context of the effects of globalization that has increased its dominance in all areas, the ambiguity of the borders of the country, the transgression of almost all of the elements that threaten security and the threat of the world civilization. Today, with the effect of globalization, developments in communication and information technologies, on the one hand, civilizations become isomorphized and on the other hand, some countries that fail to integrate with the world civilization and do not fulfill the requirements of the era are marginalized and excluded. Unfortunately, these marginalized and democratized states turn into a closed, unsafe, chaos-producing state. Anarchy, terror, poverty, and other problems produced as a result of globalization cross the borders and become a cluster of problems that should be solved by all civilizations of the world. In this study, the state's survival, as part of the national security management, security theories, Turkey's security paradigm in historical perspective, experienced in the field of security on a global scale paradigm shift were laid down, the security paradigm of post-modern aspects are described with holistic and axiological perspective. In this context, sociocultural and geopolitical background of perceived security paradigm has been examined and the dimensions of national security have been based. Turkey in particular and peace-driven realpolitik, it should be how a security concept that can be applied as axiological value in philosophy has tried to explain the norms. The aim of the study is to contribute to the foundation of the basic paradigms that should be adopted for the establishment, substitution, and maintenance of peace. In this study, the ideal of living and living in peace is the backbone of the study, as Marshal Mustafa Kemal Atatürk stated in his terse word ‘wars are a murder if it is not necessary’. In this study, a style that could lead the reader to a conclusion in advance and reach a definite judgment was not used. At this point, it should be noted that the mysterious oracles of the future are the heroes of mythology books. In addition, the study does not have certain convictions about the past and no future news. The views on national security have been tried to be explained through historical, universal, and normative principles and aspects, aspects of national security. The main axis of the study is Gazi Pasha's principle of Peace at home and peace in the world’. The article has been prepared from a general point of view with no political or individualistic target. In this study, the dynamic and aspects of national security, instead of established field judgments and rules, instead of an axiological point of view of human and human values centered, honesty and virtue of a paradigm that is expected to be adopted as a requirement to be adopted as a normative attitude and actions has been tried to explain.
