EFFECT OF TEMPERATURE ON Agrobacterium tumefaciens MEDIATED
Öz
Various abiotic factors play important role in plant development and production. Enviromental stress comes from biologic and abiotic factors. Temperature is an important factor than effects gene transfer process by Agrobacterium tumefaciens. Tobacco is generally used as a model plant in gene transfer studies. Tobacco variety Samsun was used in the study to find the effect of temperature and wasfound that 22 °C was the most effective temperature for the gene transfer studies.
