Hümik ve fülvik asitlerin entomopatojen nematodlar, Steinernema carpocapsae TURS4, Steinernema feltiae TUR3 ve Heterorhabditis bacteriophora HB.H üzerine etkileri
The effects of humic and fulvic acids on entomopathogenic nematodes, Steinernema carpocapsae (TURS4), Steinernema feltiae (TUR3) and Heterorhabditis bacteriophora (HB.H)

Hümik maddelerin (hümik ve fülvik asit) toprak yapısını iyileştirdiği ve bitki verimini artırdığı bilinmektedir. Ayrıca yapılan bazı araştırmalarda, hümik asitlerin bitki paraziti nematodlara (PPN) karşı öldürücü etki gösterdiği belirtilmektedir. Bu çalışmadaki amaç, entomopatojen nematodlara (EPN) karşı bu hümik maddelerin etkisini belirlemektir. Denemede %15 oranında humic ve fulvik asit içeren organik gübre ile üç farklı EPN ırkı (Steinernema carpocapsae TURS4, Steinernema feltiae TUR3 ve Heterorhabditis bacteriophora HB.H) kullanılmıştır. Denemede kullanılan EPN'ler iki farklı gübre dozuna (2 ml/L ve 5 ml/L) maruz bırakılmıştır. Deneme sonunda, hümik ve fülvik asidin bu EPN'lere karşı olumsuz bir etki göstermediği ve bu iki farklı gübre dozunun (2 ml/L ve 5 ml/L) istatistiksel olarak bu nematodlara aynı etkiye sahip olduğu da tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca, deneme sonucuna göre; bu iki gübre dozunun H. bacteriophora HB.H ve S. feltiae TUR3’ün ölüm oranını azalttığı da tespit edilmiştir.
