Extramammary Paget’s disease (EMPD) is a rare intraepithelial carcinoma, that presents on apocrine-bearing skin areas, mainly on anogenital region. EMPD may occur primary or secondary to an underlying malignancy. It usually manifests as well-demarcated, eczematous or eroded plaques and can mimic many different dermatosis. Therefore, EMPD always be considered in the differantial diagnosis of cronic vulvar dermatoses. In this report, two EMPD cases without association with internal malignancy are reported ;one with a hypopigmentated plaque and the other with vegetative appearence.
