The aim of this study is to examine the distribution of Turkish course skill-based questions published by the Ministry of National Education General Directorate of Assessment, Evaluation and Examination Services for 5th, 6th, and 7th grade students into Bloom’s revised taxonomy. The study is a descriptive research and was carried out in the scanning model. In this context, Turkish course skill-based questions published by the General Directorate of Measurement, Evaluation and Examination Services of the Ministry of National Education for 5th, 6th, and 7th grade students were handled, no sampling was used, and all questions were included in the study. Research data was collected through document review and used descriptive analysis in the analysis of the data. While calculating the reliability of the data, the formula of Miles and Huberman was used. As a result of the study, it was found that the skill-based questions published by the Ministry of National Education for 5th, 6th, and 7th grade students were at the understanding level at a rate of 71.2%. There were no questions at the creating level in any class. It was determined that the remembering (1,6%) and the evaluating (%1,2) levels remained at a limited rate.

Skill-Based Questions Bloom’s Revised Taxonomy Turkish Course
Bu çalışmanın amacı Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı Ölçme, Değerlendirme ve Sınav Hizmetleri Genel Müdürlüğü tarafından ortaokul 5, 6 ve 7. sınıf öğrencileri için yayımlanan Türkçe dersi beceri temelli sorularının Yenilenmiş Bloom taksonomisine göre dağılımının incelenmesidir. Çalışma betimsel bir araştırma olup tarama modelinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu kapsamda Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı Ölçme, Değerlendirme ve Sınav Hizmetleri Genel Müdürlüğü tarafından 5, 6 ve 7. sınıf öğrencileri için yayımlanan Türkçe dersi beceri temelli soruları ele alınmış, örneklem alma yoluna gidilmemiş, tüm sorular incelemeye dâhil edilmiştir. Araştırma verileri doküman incelemesi yoluyla toplanmıştır ve verilerin analizinde betimsel analiz kullanmıştır. Verilerin güvenirliği hesaplanırken, Miles ve Huberman’ın formülü kullanılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda, Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı tarafından 5, 6 ve 7. sınıf öğrencileri için yayımlanan beceri temelli soruların %71,2 oranında bilişsel alan basamaklarının anlama basamağında olduğu, hiçbir sınıfta yaratma basamağında soru bulunmadığı ve hatırlama (%1,6) ile değerlendirme (%1,2) düzeylerindeki soruların ise sınırlı bir oranda kaldığı tespit edilmiştir.
