The Mediating Role of Organizational Agility in The Impact of Digital Leadership On Digital Organizational Transformation
Abstract
The aim of this research is to determine the effect of digital leadership on digital organizational transformation and to test the mediating role of organizational agility in this relationship. Within the scope of the research, the data obtained through survey forms from a total of 358 participants working in manufacturing enterprises operating in Burdur OSB were analyzed through SPSS 24 and AMOS 24 programs. According to the findings obtained as a result of the analyses, it was determined that digital leadership has a positive and significant effect on digital organizational transformation, digital leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational agility and organizational agility has a significant effect on digital transformation. In addition, it was determined that organizational agility plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between digital leadership and digital transformation. The results obtained reveal that digital leadership provides not only a direct effect but also an indirect contribution through organizational agility, emphasizing the importance of evaluating leadership and agility together in digital transformation processes.
