Stratejik Çeviklik ve İnovasyon Etkileşimi: Literatürdeki Eğilimler ve Bibliyometrik Bulgular

Öz

Günümüzün belirsiz ve hızla değişen piyasa koşullarında, işletmelerin rekabet avantajı sağlaması, çevresel değişimlere uyum ve yenilikçi çözümler geliştirme kapasitesine bağlıdır. Bu noktada stratejik çeviklik, hızlı uyum ve esnek kaynak yönetimi sağlarken; inovasyon ürün, süreç ve iş modeli yenilikleriyle işletmelere sürdürülebilir başarı imkânı sunmaktadır. Bu çalışma, stratejik çeviklik ve inovasyon kavramlarını birlikte ele alan akademik yayınları bibliyometrik yöntemle incelemektedir. Web of Science veri tabanından 1999 yılından 2025 Eylül ayına kadar yayınlamış makaleler kullanılarak gerçekleştirilen analizde yayın eğilimleri, anahtar kelime ilişkileri, yazar iş birlikleri ve atıf ağları değerlendirilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular, stratejik çeviklik ve inovasyon literatürünün özellikle dinamik yetenekler, dijital dönüşüm ve iş modeli inovasyonu etrafında yoğunlaştığını, ancak uygulamaya dönük araştırmalarda önemli boşlukların bulunduğunu göstermektedir. Sonuç olarak bu çalışma, alanın entelektüel yapısını ortaya koyarken hem akademik literatüre katkı sağlamakta hem de işletme yöneticilerine stratejik çeviklik ve inovasyonun birlikte kullanımına ilişkin güncel eğilimler hakkında yol gösterici bir perspektif sunmaktadır.

The Interaction between Strategic Agility and Innovation: Literature Trends and Bibliometric Insights

Abstract

In today’s uncertain and rapidly changing market conditions, businesses’ ability to gain a competitive advantage depends on their capacity to adapt to environmental changes and to develop innovative solutions. At this point, strategic agility ensures rapid adaptation and flexible resource management, while innovation provides businesses with sustainable success opportunities through product, process, and business model innovations. This study examines academic publications that address the concepts of strategic agility and innovation together, using bibliometric and network analysis methods. The analysis, conducted using articles published in the Web of Science database between 1999 and September 2025, evaluated publication trends, keyword relationships, author collaborations, and citation networks. The findings indicate that the literature on strategic agility and innovation is particularly concentrated around dynamic capabilities, digital transformation, and business model innovation, while significant gaps remain in application-oriented research. Consequently, this study not only contributes to the academic literature by revealing the intellectual structure of the field, but also offers business managers a guiding perspective on current trends regarding the combined use of strategic agility and innovation.
