Doğu Çin Denizi'nde Güç Mücadelesi: Senkaku/Diaoyu Adaları

Öz

Doğu Çin Denizi’nde yer alan Senkaku/Diaoyu Adaları; balıkçılık, zengin petrol ve doğalgaz kaynakları bakımından yüksek ekonomik potansiyele sahip olması nedeniyle Çin, Japonya ve Tayvan arasında egemenlik iddialarına sahne olmaktadır. ABD ise Japonya’nın müttefiki olarak anlaşmazlığa dâhil olmaktadır. Bu egemenlik iddiaları bölgenin potansiyelinin keşfedilmesini ve etkin bir şekilde kullanılmasını engellemekte ve bölgede güvenlik boşluğu oluşturmaktadır. Bu bağlamda teorik çerçeve olarak Güç Geçiş Teorisi’nin kullanıldığı çalışmada, Senkaku/Diaoyu Adaları üzerindeki güç mücadelesi ortaya konulacaktır.
