KONVANSİYONEL MALZEME İLE ÜRETİLEN TAKIDA TEMEL SÜRDÜRÜLEBİLİRLİK PROBLEMLERİ

Öz

Bu çalışma, dünya üzerindeki her bir bireyi ilgilendiren ve dikkat çekilmesi gereken bir konu olan ‘sürdürülebilirlik’ hareketi kapsamında konvansiyonel malzeme ile üretilen takının yerini tespit etmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Bu çalışmada, takının sürdürülebilir hale gelmesi için, maden aramadan üretimine kadar var olan problemler ortaya konmuş ve global olarak uygulanan çözümler, çeşitli markalardan örnekler verilerek aktarılmıştır. Bunun yanında, sürdürülebilirlik ve takı ilişkisini içeren kaynaklardan oluşan literatür taramasında yer alan veriler derlenmiş, çevrimiçi sunumlar, toplantılar, konuşmalar ve röportajlar taranmıştır. Bu bilgiler ışığında bu çalışmanın, takı ürününün daha sürdürülebilir hale getirilmesi için, geleceğe dönük uygulamalara öncülük etmesi hedeflenmiştir. Takı üretiminde sürdürülebilir olmayan ve problem teşkil eden uygulamalar ve uygulanmakta olan ve yaygınlaşması gereken bazı çözümler aktarılmıştır.

FUNDAMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY PROBLEMS IN JEWELLERY MADE OF CONVENTIONAL MATERIALS

Öz

This study aims to determine the place of jewellery made of conventional materials within the scope of “sustainability” movement that has to be spotted and which involves every single individual on earth. In this study, in order to make jewellery sustainable, existing problems starts with mining process and continues with production have exposed and several solutions that are already being performed are exemplified with various sustainable jewellery brands. Furthermore, sources involve data on sustainability and jewellery connection compiled, and online presentations, meetings, talks and interviews have been scanned. In light of this information, within this study it’s aimed to lead future-proof practices to make jewellery sustainable as a product. Sustainability problems on jewellery production and some solutions that are already performed and have to be prevalent are passed along.
