Psychological capital, which is one of the features of the articles within the scope of the research, was analyzed in relation to the most frequently used keywords. Moreover, the bibliometric analysis of the related articles was compared in terms of other features such as the countries that publish on psychological capital, the distribution of the publications over the years, the ranking of the most cited publications, and the most productive authors. It was determined that there are 148 keywords related to the concept of psychological capital. This study found that China is the country with the highest number of publications on psychological capital in the Web of Sciences, followed by the USA. Turkey has ranked fourth on the list. For the research design, it was observed that the first article was published in 1997 and the analysis was carried out by including the publications until 2022.
