ADÖLESAN DÖNEMDE MESANE ÜROTELYAL TÜMÖR OLGU SUNUMU

Öz

Mesanenin ürotelyal tümörleri ileri yaşın aksine genç bireylerde oldukça
nadir görülür. Bu yazıda, başlangıçta üriner enfeksiyon olarak düşünülen mesane
kanserli 17 yaşında bir erkek hasta olgusu sunuldu. Üroloji kliniğine
makroskopik hematüriyle başvuran hastaya yapılan ultrasonografi sonucunda tek parça
polipoid tümöral lezyon saptandı. Genç yaşlarda tespit edilen mesane tümörünün
tanı ve tedavisinin literatür eşliğinde tartışılması ve farkındalığın
artırılması amaçlanmıştır.

A case report of urınary bladder urothelial tumor in adolescent period

Öz

Urinary bladder tumors are rarely seen in
young patients unlike  older age ones. We present
here a 17 years old male patient
with bladder cancer initially
thought to be urinary infection.
The patient was referred to our clinic
with macroscopic hematuria and single polypoid lesion was identified
via ultrasonography within the
urinary bladder. In addition to
presentation of this rare case, we
aimed to raise awareness and discuss
diagnostic and therapeutic approach to bladder cancer
which is diagnosed in
young ages in the light of
the current literature.
