Bazı endüstriyel bitkilerin Salmonella Serotipleri üzerindeki antimikrobiyel etkileri

Öz

Bu çalışmanın amacı, bazı endüstriyel bitkilerin kullanılmayan bölümlerinden (yaprak, sap ve püskül) farklı yöntemler kullanılarak ekstrakte edilen bitkisel komponentlerin ülkemizde sık görülen ve en az 5 antibiyotiğe dirençli olan S.Infantis, S.Enteritidis ve S. Typhimurium üzerine olan antimikrobiyel etkilerinin araştırılmasıdır. Bu amaçla yeşil çay sapı, mısır püskülü ve zeytin yaprağının; metanol, etanol, su ve sıvı azot ekstraksiyonları yapıldı. Elde edilen ekstraktların S. Infantis, S. Enteriditis ve S. Typhimurium üzerindeki etkileri araştırıldı. Sonuç olarak endüstriyel bitkilerin kullanılmayan bölümlerinden uygun yöntemle elde edilen ekstraktlarının Salmonella serovarları üzerinde antibakteriyel etkisi olduğu saptandı

Antimicrobial Effects of Some Industrial Plants on Salmonella Species

Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate the antimicrobial effect of the herbal components extracted by using different methods of the unused portion of the some industrial plants on S. Infantis, S. Enteritidis and S. Typhimurium, commonly seen in our country, having resistance of at least 5 antibiotics. For this purpose, extractions of green teacorn and olive leaf were performed with using methanol, ethanol, water and liquid nitrogen extractions and it was investigate that effects of these extract on S. Infantis, S. enteritidis and S. typhimurium, separately. In conclusion, it was determined that the extracts obtained by the suitable process from unused parts of industrial plants have antibacterial effect on Salmonella serovars.
