Quantitative research method is used in the study. In this context, the data in the research are collected by the questionnaire technique. The research hypotheses are tested by regression analysis. As a result of the analysis, all hypotheses are accepted, and it is determined that positive psychological capital affects emotional intelligence positively and burnout negatively.
