The data of the study, which is carried out in a phenomenological design using the qualitative research method, are collected with a semi-structured interview form, and interpreted with the descriptive analysis technique. In the framework of the findings, it is seen that nourishing managers generally show protecting, ministrant and instructive behaviors, and are problem solvers and learners. They protect themselves and their employees and it has been seen that nourishing manager behaviors positively affect organizational environments. The participants of the study identify the nourishing managers; to the wolves that protect their environment, the queen bees that support and feed them, the noble-looking and leading horses, the learning and teaching crows, the lions and tigers that are strong enough to protect themselves and their employees. Since it is thought that nourishing work environments can be created as a result of the nourishing managers who try to nurture their employees with their own nourishing behaviors, it is thought that the study would contribute to the literature by shedding light on this issue firstly to the managers and then to the employees.
