STRATEJİNİN KAYNAKLARA DAYALI YAKLAŞIMINA YÖNELİK ELEŞTİRİLERE DAİR KATEGORİK BİR İNCELEME

Öz

Stratejik
Yönetimin hâkim yaklaşımı olan Kaynaklara Dayalı Yaklaşım, otuz yılı aşkın
tarihinde önemli eleştirilere konu olmuştur. Yazında dağınık halde bulunan
eleştirileri sistematik olarak inceleyen sadece tek bir çalışma bulunmaktadır (
Kraaijenbrink,
Spender, ve Groen, 2010
). Ancak söz konusu çalışma sistematik olmakla
birlikle eleştirileri kategorilere ayırarak değerlendiren bir çalışma değildir.
Ayrıca kaynaklara dayalı yaklaşımın ilk dönemine ait eleştirileri dikkate alan
bir çalışmadır. Bizim çalışmamız Kaynaklara Dayalı Yaklaşıma dair eleştirileri
ve bu eleştirilere verilmiş cevapları kategorik şekilde inceleyerek ve öneriler
getirerek yaklaşımın zaman zaman girdiği tıkanıklığın giderilmesine katkıda
bulunmayı amaçlamaktadır. Kavramlara ve varsayımlara, disipliner temellere ve metodolojik
konulara yönelik olmak üzere üç kategoride incelenen eleştiriler sonucunda bu
yaklaşımı referans alan bilim insanlarının dört konuyu dikkate almaları önerilmektedir.
Bunlar; yaklaşımın varsayımlarındaki değişme ve derinleşmeler, içerik, süreç,
bağlam gibi ayrımlar, makro-mikro analiz düzeylerindeki değişkenler arasındaki
bağlantılar ve metodolojik çoğulculuktur.
