İlk trimesterde torako-omfalopagus olgusunun prenatal tanısı

Öz

Conjoined twins are a rare complication of monozygotic twins. With high-resolution ultrasound imaging, the prenatal diagnosis is made first trimester. We present a thoraco-omphalopagus case diagnosed with transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasonography at 12 weeks of gestation . We informed the family accordingly and the pregnancy was terminated.

Öz

Yapışık ikiz olguları monozigotik ikiz gebeliklerin nadir bir komplikasyonudur. Günümüzde yüksek rezolusyonlu ultrasonografiler ile ilk trimesterde prenatal tanı konulabilir. 27 yaşında ilk gebeliği olan kadında onikinci gebelik haftasında transabdominal ve transvaginal ultrasenografi ile torako-omfalopagus tanısı konulmuş ve bilgilendirilen ailenin isteği üzerine gebelik sonlandırılmıştır.
