Primary adenocarcinoma of fallopian tubes: Reports of 3 cases

Although fallopian tubes are more frequently involved in benign conditions, primary malign involvement is seldom. Because of its rarity, lack of diagnostic accuracy, nonpresenting symptoms and physical findings, primary fallopian tube carcinoma is seldom diagnosed before laparotomy. We are presenting three cases in our clinic.

Öz

Tuba uterinaların iyi huylu patolojileri çok daha sık olarak görülmekte, primer malign tutulum seyrek olarak ortaya çıkmaktadır. Nadir olması, doğru tanı konulamaması, patognomonik semptom ve fizik bulgularının olmaması nedeniyle laparatomi öncesi tanı seyrektir. Burada kliniğimizde saptadığımız üç olguyu sunuyoruz.
