Öz

Abstract: We detected a unicornuate uterus and unilateral ovarian agenesis with pelvic kidney of 27 years old patient whose complaint was primary infertility.

Özet: 27 yaşında primer infertilite nedeniyle hastanemize başvuran hastada, uterus unikornuatus anomalisi, tek taraflı ovarian agenesis ve pelvik böbrek saptandı.
