3. Papers to be published in the journal must not have been published anywhere before. Since it has not been stated or determined that it has been published anywhere before, the legal consequences related to the copyrights of the published works belong entirely to the author.

4. Publication of papers read in any conference is subject to the condition that this situation is clearly stated in the article. Articles that are produced from those papers but does not bear the statement will be removed from the publication order.

5. The publication of articles produced from graduate theses is subject to the condition that this situation is clearly stated in the article. Articles that are produced from a graduate thesis but this situation is not clearly stated will be removed from the publication order.

6. Only two papers by the same author can be included in one issue.

7. There is an obligation to comply with the writing rules and publication principles of the journal (except for the field-specific spellings). The author has to fulfill the correction suggestions specified by the reviewers or the editorial board. The Editorial Board has the right to make any changes in the form of the submitted article.

8. Responsibilities of articles that do not comply with the abovementioned rules and principles belong to the author(s). The Editorial Board of the Journal has the right to "reject" the articles that do not comply with the relevant rules and principles without putting them into the "peer-reviewing process".

9. The order based on the publication is made according to the end date of all reviewing processes. From the date of the acceptance of the article, early submission to the journal, early initiation of the referee process and early conclusion of the evaluation affect the order of publication.

10. The articles whose review process is completed after the start of the layout of issue (at the latest 1 December for the winter issue, 1 June at the latest for the summer issue) are transfered to the next issue.

11. All legal responsibilities regarding the contents of the published articles belong to the author
