Bio

John Adanse is a lecturer at the Hospitality Management Department, at the Bolgatanga Technical University. He received his Master of Technology and Master of Philosophy degrees in Catering and Hospitality Management from the University of Education, Winneba in 2013 and 2020 respectfully. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D degree in Hospitality Management at the Kenyatta University, Kenya. His research interest is in food product development and his current focus is on influence of strategic management responses on revenue maximisation in star rated hotels in the Ashanti region of Ghana.
