Dr. Sci. Eng. Amjad Khabaz is Professor of Civil Engineering at Hasan Kalyoncu University, Head of Civil Engineering Department. He has strong experience in research work, academic teaching and quality of education. He achieved several of funded and distinguished scientific researches. His research work spans from Fiber Reinforced Concrete (FRC), Finite Element Modeling to Sustainable and Green Buildings. He led structural engineering groups in several international universities, and led different work teams regarding ABET accreditation. He published two books; first one entitled “Non-Metallic Fiber Reinforced Concrete” and second entitled “Fundamentals of Contracts and Specifications in Civil Engineering”, and published more than 50 scientific papers in reputed international journals and conferences with big number of citations. He joined EBMs of different international journals in Canada, USA and Singapore, and joined TPC of different international conferences.
