Dr. M.C Ndukwu is a Lecturer and a multidisciplinary researcher whose interest lies at the intersection of technologies and process parameters for developing efficient processing and storage techniques and equipment for value addition to agricultural products. Currently, he conducts research and develops tools and process to answer questions regarding Renewable Energy Applications in biomaterial processing and storage- Drying parameters for biomaterials- Design of Processing Machine for biomaterials- Heat & Mass Transfer Analysis- Exergy and Energy Analysis- Physico-chemical Properties of biomaterials, bio waste valorization and crop storage systems within the nexus of Agricultural product processing, energy, and environment.
