I have been working as a Professor of Sociology at Noakhali Science and Technology University (NSTU), Bangladesh. I obtained my bachelor and mater's degree in sociology from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. In 2012, I earned my PhD degree in HRD from the Graduate School of Techno-HRD, Korea University of Technology & Education (KOREATECH), the Republic of Korea under Korean Government Scholarship (KGSP). My areas of interest of research include: aid effectiveness, development cooperation, HRD, educational psychology, sociology of education, TVET, capacity building, globalization & development, and so on.
