Bio
Dr. Bas received his PhD and Master Degree in 2011 and 2017, respectively, from Structural and Earthquake Engineering Department of Istanbul Technical University (ITU). His main research fields are Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) and Structural Identification of Civil Infrastructures, such as suspension bridges, performance-based structural assessment and analysis. He has the total number of 11 SCI or SCI-E papers and internationally recognized conferences in the these fields. He is now at the position of Assist. Prof. Dr. at the Department of Civil Eng., Bartin University. Recently, he has been in US for Post-Doctoral Research at University Central Florida.
