Africania

İnönü University Journal of African Studies: AFRICANIA, published by Inönü University, is a peer-reviewed, scientific online journal that publishes research articles, reviews, translations, and book reviews related to the African continent.

AFRICANIA is published twice a year, in January and July. The journal's languages of publication are English and Turkish. Articles submitted in Arabic and French are also accepted.

Launched in January 2021, AFRICANIA aims to present qualified and original studies focusing on the cultural, historical, political, and economic aspects of the countries on the African continent to the attention of academic circles and to facilitate the production and dissemination of scholarly knowledge. In this regard, it seeks to evaluate the accumulated knowledge of Africa from the past to the present, develop and improve it when necessary, and play a pioneering role in the field by contributing to knowledge production through new and original interdisciplinary studies.
