Copyright and Licensing

A. Copyright
All financial rights of all articles published in AJP, especially processing, reproduction, representation, printing, publication, distribution and all kinds of public transmission, printing and copyright rights including transmission via internet belong to the journal. In this context, filling in the Copyright Transfer Forum is mandatory. The author(s) retain the copyright of the work and grant the first publishing right to AJP. All legal and scientific responsibilities regarding the content of the articles published in AJP belong to the author(s). Violation of copyrights is a crime as stated in the relevant articles of Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works. The responsible author(s) undertake that AFD management and journal editors have no responsibility in any claims or lawsuits to be filed by third parties due to copyright violation, and that all responsibility belongs to them. AJP does not pay royalties for articles.
The author/authors declare and undertake that the studies sent to AJP have not been previously published in Turkey and/or abroad, in Turkish or any other language, have not been accepted for publication, and have not been sent to another journal for publication. AJP Journal monitors this situation with its Similarity Principles Policy.


B. Licensing
Articles sent to AJP and articles published or accepted for publication are licensed with the Creative Commons (CC) Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). Within the framework of this license terms, the studies can be shared, copied, reproduced and distributed non-commercially, cited in accordance with the rules, but their content cannot be changed.
