General Submission Requirements

• Originality: Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
• Authorship Limits: An author may submit/publish only one (1) manuscript per issue and a maximum of one (1) article per year.
• Word Counts:
  • Main Title: Maximum 12 words.
  • Abstract: 150–250 words.
  • Manuscript Body: 5,000–8,500 words (includes abstract, tables, and footnotes; excludes References).
• Thesis Policy: Only manuscripts derived from doctoral dissertations are accepted. Master’s thesis products are not evaluated.
  • Note: If derived from a PhD thesis, details (supervisor, institution) must be in the Cover Letter. If single-authored, a wet-signed waiver from the supervisor is mandatory.

 Formatting & Technical Style

• Software: Files must be in MS Office Word (.doc, .docx) using the official [Manuscript Template].
• Font & Spacing: Body: Helvetica (Body), 10 pt, single spacing.
  • Abstract: Helvetica (Body), 8 pt, 1,5 spacing, no indentation.
  • Margins: 2,5 cm on all sides. Paragraph spacing: 0 pt before, 6 pt after.
• Headings:
• Article Titles (14 pt): RGB (29, 54, 106), Helvetica, Bold, Justified, First letters capitalized, No numbering.
• Headings (13 pt):  Helvetica, Bold, Justified, Numbered.
• Subheadings- Level 2 (12 pt):  Helvetica, Bold, Justified, Numbered.
• Subheadings-Level 3+ 11 pt): Helvetica, Bold, Justified, Numbered.
• Visuals:

  • Tables: Heading at the top, Helvetica 11 pt, bold, centered.You may use the Example Table Format within the Manuscript Template as a reference for preparing your tables.

• Style: Strictly APA 7th Edition.
• Management: Use of Mendeley, Zotero, or Endnote is mandatory. Manual bibliographies or Word’s built-in citation tool are not accepted.
• DOI: Digital Object Identifiers must be included for all applicable works. 
• Footnotes/Endnotes: The use of footnotes or endnotes is not permitted in any part of the manuscript.

Ethics & Similarity Standards

• Limits: Max 15% total similarity (excluding references, including citations). Max 3% from a single source.
• Settings: Exclude matches less than 5 words for Turnitin, and less than 9 words for iThenticate.
• Required Files: 1. Turnitin/iThenticate Report. 2. Cover Letter. 3. Copyright Transfer Form. 4. Generative AI Use Disclosure. 5. Ethics Committee Approval (If the study does not require ethics committee approval, you must upload a wet-signed statement (petition) declaring that the study does not require such approval)
