This policy has been prepared to ensure the ethical, reliable, and transparent use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in manuscripts submitted to ANASAY Journal.
The main objective of the policy is to safeguard academic integrity, emphasize the primacy of human intellectual contribution in scientific production, and ensure that AI tools are used solely in a supportive capacity.

2. Limitations of Use

AI tools may be employed only for surface-level corrections, such as grammar, spelling, and stylistic adjustments.
The direct use of AI for content creation, development of scientific arguments, data analysis, literature review, or drawing conclusions is not permitted within the scope of academic responsibility.

3. Transparency and Declaration Requirement

Authors are required to clearly declare at which stages, for what purposes, and through which AI tools assistance was obtained.
Such disclosure must be made via the “AI Usage Declaration Form” submitted together with the manuscript.

4. Accuracy and Scientific Verification

Any content generated or edited with the help of AI tools must be carefully reviewed by the author(s), and its accuracy must be verified through reliable academic sources.
The author(s) bear full responsibility for any inaccurate, misleading, or unverifiable information.

5. Ethical and Legal Responsibility

All ethical, scientific, and legal consequences arising from the use of AI tools are the sole responsibility of the author(s).
ANASAY Journal reserves the right to subject manuscripts to additional ethical review or retract them in cases where AI misuse or ethical concerns are detected.

6. Impartiality and Data Security

Authors must ensure that AI tools are used impartially and securely.
The confidentiality and protection of personal or sensitive data must be maintained at all times, and all processes of data collection, handling, and storage must adhere to ethical and legal standards.

7. Citation and Ethical Disclosure

AI applications should not be cited as references or sources in the bibliography.
However, any use of AI tools must be appropriately disclosed in the ethical statement section of the manuscript and/or within the AI Usage Declaration Form.

8. Use of AI in Editorial Processes

ANASAY Journal commits not to employ AI tools in its editorial, peer-review, or decision-making processes.
