She graduated from Selçuk University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration, with a bachelor's degree. She began her master's program in the Department of Business Administration at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam University, while simultaneously working as a Research Assistant in the Department of Business Administration. During her doctoral studies in the Department of Business Administration at the Graduate School of Social Sciences, KSÜ, she also worked in the humanitarian sector as a project manager. She has national and international publications in the fields of Management and Organization, Organizational Behavior, Strategic Management, and Entrepreneurship. She currently workes as an Assistant Professor (Dr. Öğr. Üyesi) in the Department of Business Administration at Bitlis Eren University.

I completed my undergraduate studies in the Department of Political Science and International Relations at Istanbul University. I continued my graduate education at the same university in the field of Eurasian Studies and wrote my thesis titled “Azerbaijani Turks Living in Iran and Their Impact on Azerbaijan–Iran Relations.”

I later earned a second master’s degree in International Economics and Global Trade from the University of Economics and Human Sciences in Warsaw, Poland, where I completed my thesis on “The Impact of Talent Management on Employee Productivity.”

I received my PhD in Political Science from St. Clements University with my dissertation titled “The Shared and Diverging Political Dynamics of Poland and Turkey in the Context of European Union Integration.” I also served as an Associate Professor in political science at the same university. I am currently teaching courses in Political Science and International Relations at Onbeş Kasım Cyprus University.

I am the author of four books and one book chapter and have published various scholarly articles in national and international peer-reviewed journals.

1989 yılı Diyarbakır’da doğan Mert Mahir GÖZ ilk ve orta öğretimini Diyarbakır’da tamamlamıştır. Yüksek öğretimine Uludağ Üniversitesi’nde (2007) başlayan GÖZ, buradaki eğitimini yarıda bırakıp Ankara Ufuk Üniversitesi, Siyaset Bilimi ve Uluslararası İlişkiler Bölümü’nü tam burslu kazanmıştır.

2013 yılında Ufuk Üniversitesi’nden dereceyle mezun olan GÖZ, yine aynı üniversitede çift anadal programı (ÇAP) kapsamında Uluslararası Ticaret ve Finansman bölümünü bitirmiştir. Lisans eğitiminin ardından Siyaset Bilimi ve Uluslararası İlişkiler anabilim dalında yüksek lisans yapan GÖZ, "1 Mart 2003 Başbakanlık Tezkeresi'nin Reddedilme Nedenleri" üzerine tez yazmıştır.

Master çalışmalarının ardından TÜBİTAK-2211A Doktora Bursiyeri olarak İnönü Üniversitesi'nde doktora yapan GÖZ, "Türkiye'de 2000 Sonrası Dönemde Siyasal İktidar ile Sivil Toplum Kuruluşları İlişkisi: Diyarbakır Örneği" adlı doktora tezini vermiştir.

Bitlis Eren Üniversitesi'nde Dr. Öğr. Üyesi olarak ders vermekte olan GÖZ, kurmuş olduğu AkadeMisyon isimli web sitesi aracılığıyla hukuk, siyaset bilimi, uluslararası ilişkiler ve siyasi tarih alanlarında bilimsel-akademik bir misyonu yerine getirmeyi amaçlamaktadır.

Prof. Dr. Ferit İZCİ graduated from Atatürk University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration in 1992. He completed his Master's degree at Atatürk University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Management and Organization, with a thesis titled "Management Training: A Comparative Study in Four Public and Private Sector Banks" under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Nurullah GENÇ. In 1994, he was appointed as a Research Assistant at Cumhuriyet University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. He completed his Ph.D. program in 2001 at Cumhuriyet University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Public Administration, Sub-department of Management Sciences, with a doctoral dissertation titled "The Impact of Information Technologies on Public Institutions: The Case of the Ministry of Health" under the supervision of Prof. Dr. İbrahim YILDIRIM. In 2006, he was appointed as an Assistant Professor to the Sub-department of Management Sciences, Department of Public Administration at Van Yüzüncü Yıl University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, where he subsequently served as Department Chair, Vice Dean, and Advisor to the Rector. He received the title of Associate Professor in 2014 and the title of Full Professor in January 2019. In 2022, he was appointed as the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences and also as the Vice Rector at Bitlis Eren University. He has published 48 articles in national and international journals, presented 78 papers at international symposia and congresses, authored 3 books, contributed 10 book chapters, and participated in 5 research projects. To date, he has supervised a total of 28 theses, including 4 Ph.D. dissertations and 24 Master's theses. Prof. Dr. Ferit İZCİ currently serves as the Head of the Department of Political Science and Public Administration at Van Yüzüncü Yıl University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences.

Hüseyin Gül, 1991 yılında Ankara Üniversitesi, Siyasal Bilgiler Fakültesi, Kamu Yönetimi Bölümü’nden mezun oldu. Hacettepe Üniversitesi, İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi, Kamu Yönetimi Bölümü’nde yüksek lisans çalışmaları yaparken, YÖK bursu kazanarak lisansüstü eğitimi için Amerika Birleşik Devletleri’ne gitti. Teksas Üniversitesi’nde Kentsel Çalışmalar (1996) ve Kamu Yönetimi (1999) alanlarında iki yüksek lisans, Kent ve Kamu Yönetimi alanında ise doktora derecesi (2000) aldı. Halen Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesi, İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi, Siyaset Bilimi ve Kamu Yönetimi Bölümü’nde öğretim üyesi olarak çalışan Hüseyin Gül, dış ilişkiler koordinatörlüğü, bölüm başkanlığı, dekan yardımcılığı, sosyal bilimler enstitüsü ve sürekli eğitim merkezi müdürlüğü gibi idari görevler üstlenmiştir. Joanna Szerszunowicz, Habil. Dr., is a graduate of Polish philology and English philology, currently employed at the University of Białystok, Poland as an Adjunct Professor. She teaches Contrastive Phraseology, Practical Stylistics, Linguistics. The focal issues of her reasearch are: phraseology (Polish, English and Italian faunal phraseology, Polish, English and Italian onymic phraseology; culture-boundness of phraseological units, phraseological gaps in a contrastive perspective), linguo-cultural studies of lexis and phraseolgy, translation, mono- and bilingual phraseography, teaching Polish as a mother tongue and a foreign language, teaching English as a foreign language. She wrote two books on phraseology, chapters in books on formulaic language and papers, mostly on phraseology and related issues, in Europe, North America, South America and Asia. She was the supervisor of more than 100 B.A. and M.A. dissertations. She is a member of the International Association of Paremiology (President of International Council), Europhras (Board member since 2018), Phrasis, and Polish linguistic associations (PTN, Tertium), an expert on doctoral program at the University of Batumi, Georgia. She is the board member of the linguistic journal « Białostockie Archiwum Językowe » and worked as a coeditor and reviewer in Poland and abroad. She has four international certificates in languages (English, Italian) and is a licenced state examiner in English. She participated in both many national conferences (Białystok, Kraków, Opole, Rzeszów, Siedlce, Szczecin) and abroad (Australia, Brazil, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, France, Italy, Japan, Lithuania, Latvia, Potugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain). She was a keynote speaker at conferences (Georgia, Japan, Poland, Portugal, Spain) and had guest lectures in Japan, Latvia and Georgia. She is the author and coordinator of the project “Intercontinental Dialogue on Phraseology’ done in cooperation with Kwansei Gakuin University in Japan (2009-2011; 2011-2013 ; 2013-2015 ; 2015-2017) as well as the editor of the series « Intercontinental Dialogue on Phraseology ».

1999 yılında Marmara Üniversitesi İletişim Fakültesi Halkla İlişkiler ve Tanıtım Bölümünün Reklamcılık alt alanından mezun oldu. Aynı üniversitede İletişim Bilimleri yüksek lisans ve Genel Gazetecilik üzerine doktora yaptı. Halkla ilişkiler alanında doçentliğini aldı. Halkla İlişkilere İletişim mimarisi tasarımı ve yönetimi açısından bakmakta, ağırlıklı olarak siyasal iletişim, pazarlama iletişimi, dijitalleşme üzerine  çalışmalar yapmaktadır.

Assoc.Prof.Dr.Yıldırım Bayezit DELDAL

Born in Ankara, he completed his primary and secondary education (high school) in Istanbul. After working in the healthcare sector for a number of years, he began his career as a teacher and subsequently continued his work as an academic. After serving as an editor for various national and international journals and news websites, he undertook academic training at around twenty universities to develop his expertise in different fields and continues his national and international work. He has a basic knowledge of the Thai language and an intermediate to advanced level of English. He has travelled to and studied in many provinces of Turkey. He has conducted and continues to conduct academic work abroad in Bulgaria, the United States and the United Kingdom. He possesses multiple qualifications in the following fields: Sociology, Social Sciences, Communication and Public Relations, Psychology, Nutrition and Dietetics, Health Sciences, Child Development and Psychology, Medicine, Business Administration, Health Management, Occupational Health and Safety, Psychotherapy, Phytotherapy, Educational Counselling, Family Counselling, Special Education, Early Years Education, and Montessori Teacher Training.

He continues his work whilst fulfilling the requirements of his roles as an academic, teacher, writer, editor, trainer, and international relations and political scientist. He is productive and enterprising. He is interested in politics and has studied the politics, society and structure of European countries, Asian countries and the developed G-8 nations, and has had the opportunity to evaluate, from an academic perspective, the social and psychological reflections of multifaceted dynamics, employment sectors and productivity, as well as family and marriage, education systems and technological infrastructure. Yıldırım Bayezit Deldal possesses a vision characterised by a multidisciplinary perspective across various fields, always thinking ahead. This aspect of his work and research is particularly noteworthy, and he is a well-known author in both Europe and Turkey. He has high-level ideas and projects, particularly regarding education and labour relations, social consciousness, mental health, the economy and development. As an author who places great value on the family, he has also written various books on children. In addition to his roles as an author and politician, he is interested in health and nutrition. He has authored a total of five books and nearly 300 articles, and his work has received over 100 citations in national and international conferences and academic studies.
