ETHICS RULES

In studies published in our journal, it is required to comply with national and international ethical rules and research and publication ethics. For this reason, in the studies sent to our journal, ICMJE (International Committee of Medcial Journal Editors) recommendations and COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) 'International Standards for Editors and Authors should be taken into consideration by the authors, referees and editors in the management.

AUTHORS

- It is the author's responsibility to submit the submitted article to the academic fields.

- Studies must be original and based on research.

- Although plagiarism screening will be done by the journal, the results of the academic dishonor plagiarism will be directed towards the author.

- It should be ensured that other authors whose names will be written in the article contribute to the research. It is against the ethics of science to show people who do not have academic contribution as additional writers or to rank authors with nonscientific criteria such as title, age and gender regardless of the order of contribution.

- The authors who send articles to the journal are assumed to have read and accepted the publishing and writing principles of the journal, and the authors are deemed to have committed themselves to these principles.

- Citations and references should be complete.

- Authors should take into account the Scientific Research and Publication Ethics Directive, which is also specified by the Council of Higher Education.

The author / s should take care to provide the documents and information requested by the editor on time during the transaction processes.

The author / s should make the referee evaluations in an appropriate and timely manner and indicate on the system that the necessary changes have been made.

The author / s should carry out the desired changes in accordance with academic rules and ethical practices, and indicate the evaluations that they do not find appropriate on the system in an appropriate language.

The author / s should act in accordance with the confidentiality principle in the evaluation processes.

Author / s should act knowing that the decision is not open to discussion for this journal and issue, as they have the right to request the relevant decision from the editor if their work is not accepted.

The author / s should report the deficiencies or incorrect situations they see during the evaluation processes to the editor in a timely manner.

Author / s should respect the evaluation decisions and take care to use appropriate language in their feedback to the results.

The author / s should read the spelling, evaluation and publication rules of the journal well and act according to these criteria.

The author / s should be aware that they do not have the right to rank or choose numbers for their accepted publications. They should act in the knowledge that they can only comment to the editor for the order or issue of publication, and that this opinion will be decided by the editorial board.

Care is taken to publish an article sent to the journal in the journal at the end of the period in which it is sent. However, in accordance with the decision of the editorial board, the decision on this subject belongs to the editorial board.

Authors should take into account the Scientific Research and Publication Ethics Directive, which is also specified by the Higher Education Council.


EDITORS:


Editors will pay attention to the criteria required by Ulakbim and determined below.

1. In order to improve the magazine and manage the processes well, it should be in constant search for innovations.

2. In order for the authors to use the process well, they should clearly declare the necessary detailed information on the journal page.

3. Follow up the renewed processes and publish them on the journal page.

4. It should be in constant communication with other editors.

5. When necessary, they should be able to request necessary information and documents from the authors.

6. The submitted work should check the Similarity Report, (if necessary) the Ethical Permission Certificate.

7. He / she should accept articles suitable for the purpose and scope of the journal.

8. It should be able to control non-research citations in the content of the article.

9. Multiple authors should request a manuscript indicating the contribution rate to the article.

10. Requiring influence board approval; live experiments, surveys, interviews, etc. must check the permission dates of the Ethics committee in studies.

11. It should check whether there are data collection start and end dates in the method part of the article.

12. In case studies, a signed document showing that the informed consent documents have been obtained should be obtained.

13. The article should definitely be taken through the dergipark system. Should not manage article processes via mail.

14. He must provide the necessary information and documents to the referees.

15. Use appropriate language in communication with authors and referees.

16. It should not use derogatory language towards the authors and referees.

17. Authors should not use defamatory statements about their work.

18. The communication between the authors and referees should be maintained through the journal's messages section, paying attention to confidentiality and style.

19. The authors or referees may not accept each other's evaluations. The editor should endeavor to carry out this process properly through the system and avoid having the parties meet directly with each other. However, in compulsory situations, the editorial board should ensure that the author and the referee meet.

20. Criticism should not be made directly against the author. It is the work evaluated, not the author himself.

21. Attention should be paid to the confidentiality of the referees.

22. Referees should check whether there is a conflict of interest with the author.

23. The author should take care not to choose referees from the institution where he works.

24. He should take care to choose the referees from two different institutions.

25. The referee should choose according to the field of the article.

26. It is not possible for the referee to share the work with another person or to participate in the evaluation process without the permission of the editor. The editor should check this process and intervene when necessary.

27. Check whether the author has published the work before and if it is part of a work, clearly state this.

28. In order for the evaluation processes to run smoothly, the system should be constantly controlled.

29 It is the editor's responsibility to provide timely feedback.

30. He should go to the referee change when necessary.

31. The evaluation of the rejection or acceptance of an article should be based on the opinions of the referees.
