DECEMBER 2020 PUBLISHING COMMITTEE

1. In our journal, "Book Promotion" is not accepted as of December 2020, but "Book Review" is accepted. The criteria for book evaluation have been determined and since it is taken into consideration that it is done by experts in the field, "Book reviews" to be made by those who have at least PhD or are doing it will be accepted.

Book Reviews in this context

a) It should contain Turkish-English abstract and keywords. b) All aspects of the evaluated work should be evaluated. c) It should make use of similar studies as a resource.

d) Other works of the same author, if any, should be evaluated within the text. e) The indexes of the book to be evaluated should be completely related to the content of the book. Statements directed to the author cause the work to be sent back.

2. Studies in the form of "...... His Life and Works" sent in the article group are evaluated in the research article group if the person whose life is described is studied for the first time. Otherwise, it is included in the promotion or critical / evaluation group. The decision for this is made by the editorial board.

3. In accordance with ethical rules and publishing, the ratio of the number of articles to be accepted in 1 number from the university to which the journal is affiliated should be 5/1. This ratio includes all broadcast groups.

4. The articles coming to the journal will be conducted by the editor of the relevant science branch from 2021. In the absence of sufficient number of experts, the editor-in-chief may be responsible for this issue and may seek editors from different universities.

2018 APRIL BOARD DECISIONS

1- Articles will be sent via www.dergipark.org.tr. Articles by mail and hand will not be accepted.

2- Articles sent to the journal will be passed through the plagiarism program and those with a plagiarism rate of 15% and above will be returned to the author.

3- Authors who submit articles to the journal must obtain an ORCID number and indicate this on the article.

4- In the bibliography of Arabic articles, a bibliography written in Latin alphabet must be included in addition to the Arabic bibliography.

5- Articles requiring ethical permission must obtain ethical approval from the relevant scientific committee.

6- 1 (one) article by one author is published in an issue.

7- The journal board decides on the number of articles to be published in a single issue.

8- The journal's board of directors decides on which issue the article, which has received a positive response from the referees and has been decided to be published, will be published.
