Research Article

The purpose of Journal of Social Sciences Bulanık Vocational School (BULSODER); To contribute to the production of scientific knowledge and to ensure the use of research in the field of social sciences (Sociology, Anthropology, Social Work, Economics, Political Science, History, Geography, language and literature, Child Development, Disaster Management, Public Relations, Faith Studies, Sustainability Studies, etc.) in applications by advancing theoretical understanding. In this context, the magazine; research article, case report, review, book reviews, etc. aims to include studies.

BULSODER encourages interdisciplinary approaches and covers a wide range of topics. It supports the exchange and interaction of research, theoretical perspectives and practical experiences from different fields of social sciences. This journal plays an important role as a means of progress in the field of social sciences and dissemination of scientific knowledge to a wide audience.

Articles uploaded to the BULSODER Journal system must comply with the journal format.
Bulanık Vocational School Social Sciences Journal (BULSODER) is published regularly twice a year, in June and December issues, starting from 2021. The main purpose of the journal is to contribute to the publication of qualified academic studies in the fields of social sciences on certain themes.
Articles published in the journal cannot be published elsewhere or presented as papers without the permission of the journal. Articles published in whole or in part cannot be used anywhere without citing the source. The contents of the articles sent to the journal must be original, have not been published anywhere before or have not been sent anywhere for publication.
In order to assist in the preparation of the article, downloading the "sample article" file prepared according to BULSODER spelling rules on our website to your computer and preparing your article by taking this article as an example will make editing easier and save time. You can also prepare your article by saving this article as a template in the Word program on your computer.

NOTE: Articles must be prepared and sent in MS Word 2007 or above.

Writing rules can be found below, as well as in the template on the journal page:

ENTRANCE
The first title should be “INTRODUCTION”.
Prepare your articles using the MS-Word® office program.
There should be no indentation in any paragraph in the entire work. Paragraphs should be written in 11-point font, justified on both sides. The font should be “Arial”. There should be a half-line (0 pt) space between lines. Words at the end of lines in paragraphs should not be separated by apostrophes.
1. TITLES
1.1 Main Topics
Each main topic heading (including the INTRODUCTION section) should be written in 11 font size. However, each word should be written in capital letters and bold. Each main topic heading (as seen in this template) should be numbered (Except the Introduction). Numbering should be done with numbers only. Roman numerals, letters etc. others should not be used.
There should be no indentation in main topic headings. There should be 0 lines of space before and after the main subject headings.
1.2. First Order Subtopics
The first degree sub-topic should be written in 11 font size. However, the first letter of each word should be capitalized, the others should be lowercase, and the subtopic title should be written in bold. Each subtopic should be numbered (as seen in this template). Numbering should be done with numbers only. Roman numerals, letters etc. others should not be used.
There should be no indentation in the first subject headings. There should be 1 line space before and after first-order subheadings.
1.2.1. Second Order Subtopic
Second and third degree subtopic should be written in 11 font size. However, the first letter of each word should be capitalized, the others should be lowercase, and the subtopic title should be written in bold. Each subtopic should be numbered (as seen in this template). Numbering should be done with numbers only. Roman numerals, letters etc. others should not be used.
A maximum of 3rd degree subtopic can be written. There should be no indentation in the subject headings of second and third degree sub-headings. There should be 1 line space before and after subheadings.

PAGE LAYOUT AND STYLE
Rules regarding page layout are given below. We recommend using a ready-made template to meet the requirements of the editorial rules.
Basic Page Layout Features
• Papers must be prepared on a page of A4 size (210 x 297 mm).
• There should be a space of 3.5 cm from the left and 2.5 cm from the right of the page.
• A 2.5 cm space should be left from the top of the page.
• A 2.5 cm space should be left from the bottom of the page.
• Paragraph indentation and spacing are given separately for each section, and you can get information about the relevant topic.
• Articles must be a maximum of 10,000 words.
Titles
Information about the subject headings is given in Chapter 0. Please review this section for details.
fonts
Text paragraphs should be written in “Arial” font. Font size should be 10 points in all paragraphs. Paragraphs should not have any indentation. There should be a half-line space between lines in paragraphs. The word at the end of each line in the paragraphs should not be separated into syllables with an apostrophe. Paragraphs should be justified. Paragraphs should not be written in italics or bold unless a special situation requires it.

shapes
All figures should be centered in columns (or centered on the page if the figure covers the entire page). Figure titles should be as stated in Figure 1 below.
There should be no indents in figures and figure text. Figure captions should be written below the figures. Its naming should be ---- Figure Number: ----. Each figure should be cited within the article. Figure captions should be written in bold. Only the first letter of the first word of the figure text should be capitalized. All other words should be written in lowercase letters.
If figures contain dark or colored areas, we recommend that the figures be checked on a high-quality, colorless laser printer to ensure they print correctly. Figures used in the text of the study should be gray, only images can be colored.

Tables
Different tables can be used depending on the type of use and purpose. The title of the table should be above the table.
There should be no indentation in tables and table text. Table captions should be written above the tables. Its naming should be ---- Table Number: ----. Each table should be cited within the article. Table text should be written in bold. Only the first letter of the first word of the table text should be capitalized. All other words should be written in lowercase letters.
It is the row that defines the columns in the table and contains the column headers. The first letter of the words in each column in this row must be uppercase, the other letters must be lowercase. Texts in the table must be 10 point font. The font should be “Arial”. Depending on the status of the tables, the font size can be reduced to 8 points. There should be no vertical lines.
bridges
Hyperlinks cannot be used in the article.
footnotes
Footnotes should not be used on pages except when necessary. The font of the footnotes used must be "Arial". Font size should be 9 points.
Symbols and Spaces
Italic
Mathematical symbols such as a, A, x, f, AB should be italicized. Greek letters, numbers, parentheses, and punctuations should never be italicized. +, ', =, < and abbreviations such as sin, cos, log etc. Mathematical symbols should never be italicized. It should not be written in italics and bold at the same time.
Space
Spaces should be left after punctuation marks. There should be a space before and after symbols such as +, -, ', =, <. Spaces after the opening parenthesis and before the closing parenthesis are not allowed. A space must be left before the opening parenthesis and after the closing parenthesis. Check these situations after writing the text.
Page Numbers
Page numbers should not be included. Page numbers will be added later by the editor. Headers and footers should not be used on pages.
References
References are available in APA 6th Edition format. It should be noted that references are used in the correct places. All references should be cited at least once in the article.
DISCUSSION, CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATIONS
The last topic of each article should be "DISCUSSION, CONCLUSIONS and RECOMMENDATIONS". In optional cases, the "DISCUSSION" and "CONCLUSIONS and RECOMMENDATIONS" sections can be separated.
NOTE: In cases where ethics committee permission is required for the research, the ethics committee must be obtained and the document number must be stated in the materials and methods section.
ETHICAL INFORMATION REGARDING RESEARCH
Ethical information regarding the research should be included in this section.
CONTRIBUTION RATE OF RESEARCHERS
For example, the authors contributed equally to the work. This section must be included in the article. In studies with a single author, this title should be removed.
CONFLICT DECLARATION
For example, there is no potential conflict of interest in this study. This section is mandatory.

Bulanık Vocational School Journal of Social Sciences (BULSODER) adopts a high ethical publishing standard and aims to gain the trust of researchers, authors and readers. Therefore, the journal publication policy and ethical principles are based on the following principles:

1. Scientific Ethics and Objectivity:
BULSODER attaches great importance to the compliance of research articles and other contents with scientific ethical principles. Researchers and authors conduct their research with the principles of honesty, impartiality and reliability. The contents to be published are evaluated and presented within the framework of impartiality and objectivity.

2. Ethical Review and Permissions:
The journal promotes compliance with ethical rules in studies involving humans, animals or other research subjects. For research conducted on human subjects or animals, the necessary ethical reviews must be made and the relevant permissions must be obtained. Authors must document that they comply with such ethical requirements in their research.

3. Originality and Plagiosity:
The journal expects the content presented by the authors to be original and to use quotations from other sources with appropriate attribution. Plagiatism undermines scientific integrity and is unacceptable behavior. BULSODER approaches the issue of originality with great sensitivity and tries to prevent such situations with the precautions taken.

4. Description and Expression:
It is important that the content to be published is presented in a clear and understandable manner. The opinions and findings expressed should be stated clearly and should not include misleading statements of any kind.

5. Conflicts of Interest:
Authors, editors and reviewers must disclose any conflict of interest during the publication process. Financial or personal interests, situations that may have an impact on manuscript evaluation or publication decisions should be taken into account.

6. Publication Quality and Continuity:
The magazine focuses on publishing high quality content and constantly strives to maintain this standard of quality. Editors, reviewers, and authors collaborate to improve the journal's publication quality.

BULSODER aims to promote scientific progress by supporting the most up-to-date and ethical research in the field of social sciences. These principles are the fundamental values that shape the journal's publication policy, and everyone is expected to understand and apply these principles.

No fee is charged from the author or his/her institution under any name.

21.04.1976’da Kars ili Kağızman ilçesinde doğdu. İlkokul, ortaokul ve lise eğitimini Kağızman’da tamamladı. Lise eğitimini tamamladıktan sonra Atatürk Üniversitesi Fen/Edebiyat Fakültesi’ni bitirdi. İkinci Üniversite olarak Anadolu Üniversitesi Tarih Bölümünü tamamladı. Aynı zamanda İstanbul Üniversitesi Siyasal ve Uluslararası İlişkiler Bölümünde lisans eğitimine devam etmektedir. Lisans mezuniyetinin ardından Atatürk Üniversitesi Atatürk İlkeleri ve İnkılap Tarihi Enstitüsü’nde Tezli Yüksek Lisans eğitimine başlayarak 2007 yılında mezun oldu. Aynı zamanda Kars Kafkas Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü Tarih Öğretmenliği alanında da tezsiz yüksek lisans yaptı
Doktorasını Atatürk Üniversitesi Atatürk İlkeleri ve İnkılap Tarihi Enstitüsü’nde tamamlayarak 2012 yılında Doktor ünvanını aldı. Akademik anlamda sırasıyla 2010-2012 yıllarında Iğdır Üniversitesinde Atatürk İlkeleri ve inkılap Tarihi okutmanı, 2012-2016 da Iğdır Üniversitesi Fen/Edebiyat Fakültesi Tarih bölümünde öğretim üyesi olarak görev yaptı. Bu dönemde tarih bölümünde kurucu bölüm başkanı olarak görev aldı. 2014 yılında YÖK Bursuyla Leeds Üniversitesinde misafir öğretim üyesi olarak bulunarak İngiliz Arşivlerinde çalıştı. Atlı 2016 yılının Mart ayında Dokuz Eylül Üniversitesinde sözlü sınava girerek Doçent unvanını aldı. 2021 yılında Profesör oldu. Iğdır Üniversitesinde akademik görevine devam etmekle beraber Türk Tarih Kurumu ve Atatürk Araştırma Merkezi tarafından düzenlenen etkinliklerde bilim ve düzenleme kurullarında görev yaptı. Atatürk, Kültür Dil ve Tarih Yüksek Kurumu, Atatürk Araştırma Merkezi Dergisi, başta olmak üzere birçok uluslararası dergilerde hakemlik yapmaktadır. İyi derecede İngilizce, bilmektedir. Çok sayıda ulusal ve uluslararası hakemli dergilerde yayınlanmış makaleleri, uluslararası sempozyumlarda sunulmuş bildirileri aynı zamanda yayınlanmış 4 kitabı bulunmaktadır. Türkiye Cumhuriyeti ve Milli Mücadele, Harp Tarihi konuları üzerine yapmış olduğu çalışmalarla birlikte Ortadoğu, Asya ve Balkan Makedonya, Arnavutluk, Kosova, Karadağ, Sırbistan, Bosna-Hersek, Azerbaycan ve Nahçıvan’da akademik çalışmalara katıldı.

1970’te Muş’ta doğdu. İlköğrenimini Muş’ta, orta ve lise öğrenimini Batman İHL’de tamamladıktan sonra, 1993 yılında Uludağ Üniversitesi İlahiyat Fakültesi’nden mezun oldu. 1996 yılında Uludağ Üniversitesi SBE’de Hz. Peygamber’in İstişâreleri adlı çalışmasıyla yüksek lisansını; 2007 yılında Ankara Üniversitesi SBE’de Suyûtî’nin Hadis İlmindeki Yeri adlı doktora çalışmasını tamamladı. 2009 yılında yardımcı doçent, 2015 yılında doçent, 2021 yılında da profesör oldu. 1995-2009 yılları arasında Kırşehir-Akpınar Lisesi, Bursa Yıldırım İmam Hatip Lisesi, Muş Anadolu Öğretmen Lisesi ve Muş Anadolu İmam Hatip Lisesi’nde öğretmenlik yaptı. 2009-2018 yılları arasında Muş Alparslan Üniversitesinde öğretim üyesi olarak çalıştı. Halen Gaziantep Üniversitesi İlahiyat Fakültesi Hadis Anabilim Dalı’nda öğretim üyesi olarak çalışmaktadır. Evli ve üç çocuk babasıdır. Yazarın İhvân-ı Safâ ve Hadis, Suyûtî’nin Hadis İlmindeki Yeri, Sünnet ve Sünnetin Günümüze Taşınması, Hz. Peygamber’in (s.a.v.) İstişâreleri kitaplarının yanı sıra yayınlanmış çeşitli makaleleri ve tebliğleri bulunmaktadır.

Kaliya Kulaliyeva, Kırgızistan’ın Çüy Bölgesinde 1972’de doğmuştur. 1997’de Bişkek Sosyal Bilimler Üniversitesi Kırgız Dili ve Edebiyatı Bölümünden mezun olmuştur. 2004’te Kırgız Devlet Üniversitesinde Kırgız Halk Edebiyatı ve Kırgız Edebiyatı alanında Manas Destanı ile Kutadgu Bilig’de Düşünce ve Edebî Benzerlikler konusunda doktora tezini savunmuştur. 1999’dan buğüne kadar Kırgızistan-Türküye Manas Üniversitesinde çalışmaktadır. Halk Bilimi, Kırgız Edebiyatı, Kırgız Dili Öğretimi alanında bir çok araştırma, ders ve çeviri kitapları yaymlanmıştır.
