Copyright Scope

At the manuscript submission stage, a Copyright Transfer Agreement will be signed between the author(s) and the journal. Under this agreement, the copyright of the published article will remain with the author(s), while the publishing rights and all related privileges are transferred to the journal.

Authors’ Rights

The right to publish the articles belongs to the journal. However, the author(s), as well as all relevant parties, have the right to share the published article in accordance with the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives License (CC BY-NC-ND), provided that the publisher and license information are clearly indicated and that the article includes the registered DOI number showing that it was published in the BÜST International Journal of Art, Design and Architecture.
Patent rights, trademark registrations, and all intellectual property rights (including research data) remain the property of the author(s). Authors retain the right to preserve the integrity of their work, and their rights to proper citation, visibility, and attribution by other parties are reserved.
Authors also have the right to share the published version of their articles on institutional repositories or other web platforms.

License Rights

All relevant parties may share, copy, and reproduce the articles and other content published in this journal in any medium or format, provided that they comply with the terms of the license regarding attribution, non-commercial use, and no derivative works as specified in the license agreement provided at the link below.
