They must confirm that the submitted manuscript has not been previously published and is not currently under review elsewhere in any language. Copyright laws and agreements must be respected. Copyrighted material (such as tables, figures, or extensive quotations) may only be reproduced with proper permission and acknowledgment. The work and words of other authors, contributors, or sources must be appropriately credited and cited.
Artificial intelligence tools may assist in language enhancement, literature classification, or idea generation; however, they must not replace essential human responsibilities such as producing original research data or composing the text without substantial human oversight. AI should not generate or replace core research content, data, or text that constitute an author’s original contribution. Moreover, unless explicitly stated and justified in the research methodology, images, figures, or artworks created or modified using AI tools are strictly prohibited.

Reviewers must have no conflict of interest with respect to the research, the authors, or the research sponsors. Their judgments must be objective. Reviewers must ensure the confidentiality of submitted manuscripts and must inform the editor if they identify any copyright infringement or plagiarism.
Manuscripts must not be uploaded to AI tools, as doing so may violate author confidentiality and intellectual property rights. This confidentiality also applies to peer-review reports, which may contain sensitive information about the manuscript or authors. Therefore, reviewers must refrain from uploading review reports to AI tools, even for the purpose of language editing. Critical thinking and original evaluation, essential to the peer-review process, must be carried out personally by the reviewers.
