As stated in the DEU Faculty of Law Publication Guidelines; all works submitted for publication (except translations) must include a plagiarism detection program output. In addition, the following sentence must be added to the first footnote of the articles: “The author undertakes that their work complies with the scientific ethical principles of our Journal.”

As stated in the Copyright Transfer Form, authors undertake:

a) that the submitted article is the work of the author(s) and that no plagiarism has been committed in the article,
b) that all authors have individually participated in this work and assume all responsibility for it,
c) that all authors have seen and approved the final version of the submitted article,
d) that the article has not been published elsewhere or submitted for publication elsewhere,
e) that the text, figures, and documents in the article do not infringe on the copyrights of other individuals.

f) Articles may be reproduced and distributed with proper attribution, free of charge, and are for non-commercial use only.
