The first issue of Dokuz Eylül University Law Review (then known as Ege University Faculty of Law Journal) was published in 1980. The journal has continued to support developments in all fields of law by including original scientific research and analysis for 43 years. The Law Review includes research articles of high academic value, review articles, decision and book reviews, legislative evaluations and informative notes, and translations of high academic value, which contain innovative approaches to their subjects and examine legal concepts and institutions scientifically.
Dokuz Eylül University Law Review has the status of a "Refereed Journal" scanned by ULAKBİM since 2009 and is published twice a year (May, November). The Dokuz Eylul Law Review will be published only online starting from the May 2024 issue.
Dokuz Eylül University Law Review is also scanned in DergiPark, HeinOnline, Ulrich's Periodicals Directory, Google Scholar, Sherpa Romeo, Academindex and Asos Index databases.
Dokuz Eylül University Law Review evaluates articles within the scope of double-blind referee practice.
Our journal is open access and does not charge any fee to the authors.
Articles must be uploaded in Word and PDF format with no name (anonymous) for the evaluation. You are requested to comply with the updated Publication Guidelines when uploading your work.
